Connecting Families. Strengthening Communities. Improving Outcomes.
The Iowa River Valley Early Childhood Area Board (IRVECA) invites you to become part of a Family & Community Collaborative Network (FCCN).
The FCCN is a community partnership dedicated to improving outcomes for children ages birth through five and their families throughout Hardin and Marshall Counties. By bringing together families, community organizations, educators, health care providers, child care professionals, local governments, faith-based organizations, and other stakeholders, we can better understand community needs, strengthen partnerships, and work together toward shared solutions.
